Poor management, company is in a decline and does not value the opinions of their own employees, especially those on the front lines.

Worst job I’ve ever had. Managers gossip like school girls. Unprofessional work place filled with rodents. Overnight manager gets upset if you don’t speak. The entire job is like high school. Terrible hours and too many cligues. Had medical emergency and was told I could still come to work because the manager goes through the same medical mishaps. Then was fired without notice. No call or email and told unemployment I was a voluntary quit. Smh. By far the worst company I’ve ever worked for.
