      Good team of people to work with. Remote work allows you to be flexible with your hours. The customer is approachable and easy to communicate with

      Cons

      Even though customers are easy they are not flexible on solutions. This may be an issue with Management but at the start of a sprint solutions must be 90% figured out. This does not allow us to be very AGILE.
