This place is only enticing to ppl who have never worked before. Everything here is horrible from top to the bottom Management thinks of the workers as just robots who should be happy to be treated like garbage. supervision is absolutely lazy. There is no accountability for anyone on the “top floor”. All the pressure and stress is given to the ppl who actually make the money for the company. We are told on a daily basis “if you don’t like it. Then just leave”. I honestly cannot wait till I leave n try to forget my horrible n terrible experience from a site that spits in their employees faces everyday.

I can't recommend working here in good conscience. It's reminiscent of an abusive relationship. Management will squeeze every last drop out of you until you threaten to leave, then will make false promises (higher pay, "things are about to change", etc). No accountability in management Lots of talk, not a lot of walk: for example, lots of global meetings discussing how Datwyler's most important component is its people, but then promised job descriptions for everyone were overdue by almost a year, whole departments are missing necessary spare parts and tools to perform their tasks, and shop floor employees are left alone for weeks
