Pros
Company culture is good & maintained. Corporate office is located at vimannagar pune. You can maintain balance between professional & personal life easily. People are helpful.
Cons
Almost zero apportunity for vertical growth. Company will not give much joining package...will offer less as compared to market. You can cannot change position in company even if you are capable & skillfull. Easy & routine task...not challanging environment. Less encouragement for knowledge growth & only focus on current task / work. Few Managers are doing micro management despite having US culture.
