Strong manufacturing roots, team oriented with global exposure, innovative product/process technologies. When AAM puts their mind to something, its done first class (DEI, Branding, Electrification, Etc.). Exciting future in-store for AAM.

Cons

Workload tends to be a bit higher than competitors but associates are typically paid more at AAM and receive more vertical opportunity.

-Was a remote internship (not really controllable).
