      American axle pays their engineers really well.

      Cons

      Along with that pay they fully expect you to be involved no matter the cost. They do not care about your personal life and most certainly don't care about you. the atmosphere is cold and so is the communication. the culture is very old school and not changing,

      Pros

      salary and benefits fairally with market, young people, since last year they are promoting opportunity to work abroad in other AAM locations

      Cons

      Dificult to get a salary upgrade, too many political situation, too many controls and burocratical documentation, In my opinion comoany need to invest more in people management and skills training.
