      Pros

      Excellent benefits, no one seems to work very hard.

      Cons

      No collaboration. This place is run like it's 1982 with tons of silos, lots of offices. Management presents their concepts, but they don't solicit input from employees. Everyone claims too busy to work toward the common goals. They are not forward thinking.

      Depending on the shift and building it can be relatively straight forward without any issues.

      Cons

      Management dumps on materials often. Some expect them to reorganize areas, clean up various things around complex and do special projects while taking care of dock activities and manage inventory.

      Very Understanding, willingness to work with their employees, very strict when it comes to safety. Friendly environment.

      Cons

      7 day work week, not a climate controlled environment, refrigerators could be seen as health hazard.
