      Alright place to work, as long as long hours can be tolerated.

      Pros

      Still is a place where manufacturing exists in America. Pay is alright. Treatment of employees can be good as long as you are in a good group. Some managers are good to work for.

      Cons

      Long hours. People that move up in company seem to all have connections so moving up in many department seems limited to a select few. Not willing to spend money on many improvements such as software for many groups.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are good. Working conditions, corporate cafeteria and offices are top notch. The plants are some of the best I have ever been associated with.

      Cons

      Work load is overbearing, you only work half days (12 hour days). Your family life is not considered important. Transfers, more often than not to locations outside the US, are manditory or you will be benched and your career stalled. Watch your back, you can be black balled by company sycophants (FOD).
