      Lots of overtime. Little technical work.

      Pros

      Wages are only average for area, but overtime is at least paid as straight time. Some of the people are nice.

      Cons

      Manditory overtime, every other weekend, 12 hours per day. Wages mediocre. Many safety issues. Little technical work or engineering. Engineering is just a maintenance operation. You may get stuck on an off shift forever.

      It's a great company, bad management

      Pros

      Great products and systems, have a solid QA foundation.

      Cons

      Bad management, I was hired as Remote employee, there was a reorganization, my manager ended up leaving and now there are 2 employees working remote, and they are making everything possible for us to leave. Plus I have visited office twice now, paying out of my pocket. Internal communication is not very good. Hard to find person or persons responsible for one system
