AAM has declared war on the older members who have the most experience; to save a few dollars. Recently let go ~50 people. Average age 57.

Fast paced, high energy culture with a "get er done" mindset. A real feeling of pride and team spirit. Everyone pitches in to make some big things happen.

Cons

I feel like I am living in a B school case study of what happens when you resist any innovation in the corporate world discovered after 1998 and add about 15 levels of management in and see what happens.

Its a big company and that's it.

Cons

Focuses too much on non-essentials (DEI). Approvals for program budgets take too long for approvals. Sales team is lackluster at best. Too Many corporate meetings.
