      Nepotism hires bring the quality of work down and hurt but that happens everywhere I suppose.

      Totally Professional & Ethical company to work for

      Pros

      Engineering Integrity in everything we do, Done Safely, ethically to high standard and in a diverse environment. If you're not capable of working in a tough, robust Engineering environment supporting very demanding customers then this is not the job for you.

      Cons

      High pressure job. Can be long hours both whilst working in the office or away on business. No daily home working available.
