      Pros

      Friendly people, 7 days, overtime optional. Pay is good especially for racking up if needed

      Cons

      Strenuous, Hot!!! constant lifting of up to 50 pound Axles. You can get dirty. 7 days a week can be alot.

      Good pay, once you get through the 2 year pay ladder, and decent benefits v

      Cons

      If you work at the Ridgway, PA plant, you will have NO life at all!!! The overtime dumped on all employees is totally unreal!!! The plant runs 6-7 days a week, and will even mandate a 12 hour shift on the weekend, not to mention weekday!!!

      Pros

      UAW pay and benefits for all non-management employees. This mean good pay and a generous benefits. The majority of the teams working there are well rounded and productive.

      Cons

      The biggest con is the "us verses them mentality" that exists between the employees and management. Most of the managers can rise above this mentality but those that can't will make your life miserable and in some cases put you in harms way.
