      Pros

      The company have a lot of resources and the investigation is very complete. It is a company that it will not getting obsolete very soon after the electrification of the vehicules.

      Cons

      Metalforming division it is not very updated on matter of electrification and the earnings for the employees are not the same that a driveline division

      Stodgy, slow company trying to act like a nimble, woke tech company and failing

      Pros

      There are some very smart people working there, but it is questionable how long many will stay.

      Cons

      Large bureaucratic company that cannot move fast, with an overactive HR department that makes working there unenjoyable. Most decisions from hiring to purchasing need multilevel approval, often at the President or VP approval causing delays in getting necessary necessary tools or bringing in people. It is a stodgy, old company that is trying to be woke, because that is what investors want, and it leads to confusion and unhappiness for those that have to work there.
