Pros

Strong manufacturing roots, team oriented with global exposure, innovative product/process technologies. When AAM puts their mind to something, its done first class (DEI, Branding, Electrification, Etc.). Exciting future in-store for AAM.

Cons

Workload tends to be a bit higher than competitors but associates are typically paid more at AAM and receive more vertical opportunity.

Politics Appreciation Recognition by the manager is not there. If someone is in good books then whatever you do, you'll always be in the bad book
