Pros

I had a lot of opportunities to grow with the company. They allow for a lot of freedom. They provide transit passes, have flexible work schedules with every other Friday off.

Cons

They tend to hire/promote engineers, not leaders. A lot of independent actors, and not always a lot of collaboration.

Working off-site for DEA was so much better than the situation most of the contract employees worked with. They treat their staff just like the would the internal DEA staff. They are not a recruiting agency, so their partnership with BPA is a unique arrangement and they are dedicated to making it the best for everyone involved

Cons

I didn't work at their internal offices, so I can't say anything on working for them.
