Discount on merchandise, management try hard to make your day q nice one by creating incentive and buying treats, chance to play with schedule in your favor

My biggest disappointment so far is the fact that after 4 years working in this company and been making almost every single of my yearly target, they haven't increase a penny of my salary.:) big disappointment.
