Pros

The people who have been there for 10+ years actually know what they are doing Health benefits were amazing at the time.

Cons

The people who are promoted are inexperience and given opportunities based on cliques Software changes are made without asking people who use the software how it works Zero work life balance, Prepare to work 45 to 50 hours a week and 6 to 7 days a week during peak seasons. HR is none existent, your complaints will be brought forth to management and you will be walked out the door before the end of the week finiacial greed rules all, employees joke its a sweatshop

High Expectations with little direction

Pros

The company is home to some of the smartest, most hardworking colleagues, with many high performers contributing to its success. The employee discount is a great perk, and the business continues to show strong growth potential.

Cons

The leadership team sets extremely high expectations but often lacks clear direction, or frequently shifts priorities. There is significant ambiguity regarding roles and responsibilities across teams, leading to confusion. The workplace is highly political, more so than any environment I've previously encountered. There seems to be a lack of trust in employees, with leadership opting to invest heavily in external consultants rather than hiring additional individual contributors. The company experiences high turnover, and there is a persistent sense of job insecurity, even for teams that are performing well. Work-life balance is a challenge, with expectations to work long hours, including weekends, to meet demands. Senior leadership tends to micromanage, which can hinder autonomy and efficiency.

Pros

Employee sale as the poorly made jewelry always breaks and goes on sale

Cons

Chiefs pander to the owners for large salaries and have no consideration for creating a positive work environment by standing up for what’s right.son is a vindictive person who is attempting to run a company with no idea what he is doing.
