      Pros

      I’ve been with David yurman for about 2 years. It’s a very fun environment. Fun people to work with. Great pay and commission. Great discount.

      Cons

      The company takes forever to get things done. We will send email after email if something has broken down and it takes months before anything is resolved. They did cut our commission.

      Great pay and beautiful designs

      Cons

      No work life balance, no respect for labor laws or for employees futures. The company is run like a mom and pop store even after so many locations. Constant turn at all levels, specially from those that are good at their job. People don't last more than two years at any levels.
