      Pros

      A juice bar to compensate for the terrible office with no meeting space, and quarterly sample sales.. who even shops for DY anymore, the company is trying so hard to make a comeback thinking signing on with these high end names is going to make a difference for their old, tarnishing jewelry

      Cons

      The management is horrible. The teams don't talk to each other, everyone is pointing fingers for a failing business. The toxicity at the leadership level is disturbing. The CEO has no idea how to run a company.

      Some roles are fast pace

      Pros

      Not all roles are equal, some roles are fast pace. and some are slower. Management is okay. Some managers aren't as organized. Some managers are on top of it.

      Cons

      It would have been nice if the roles are distributed equally. I would take the work of others and would spend all night working while my coworkers who's job I'm taking gets to leave early.
