Can have fun coworkers. Some corporate members are kind once you’ve been there awhile.

Cons

Low pay for the amount of work and responsibility. Treated as a second rate employee at this position. Little to no training, except to just know what to do.

The juice bar and jewelry discount are the main pros. The hours aren’t so bad and the time off policy is pretty good.

Cons

Management does not advocate for their team, there’s a lack of processes in place, senior management changes initiatives constantly, always stuck playing catch up as it’s i possible to be proactive with the amount of changes
