      Pros

      Co-Workers are great, management appreciates your input, and discount perks are a plus.

      Cons

      Management appreciates input, but slow to work on improvements. Still a growing business business working on old platforms. It's 2015! Miscommunication with other departments. It would be nice for everyone to be on the same page.

      They give you a great discount on quality products.

      Cons

      Superficial vapid employees. Upper management creates an atmosphere of tension which is direct result of the (family) owners frequent unpleasant demeanor/behavior. This company has a high turnover, because it is not an enjoyable atmosphere to work in.
