Employee Discount, get free food occasionally. Company bonding outings, lax work environment. Great company culture. It felt like a family working at the distribution center.

Cons

If you are a person of color you will have to work 10x as hard for management to notice you and realize you’re over qualified for your position. There is no diversity at the corporate level.

Pros

I was there for several years, and during the time I was there, I enjoyed great benefits and strong compensation. hours are reasonable - rare weekends or evenings. There are very talented people in the company, including the President, leadership, and theYurmans themselves. Despite being a large company with layers of management, this is a family owned and operated business, so don't expect logical decisions at every turn. Especially if you work in a creative role - it is a collaboration and you'll need to go along to get along.

Cons

While there are some GREAT people who have made their careers here - there are also some real duds who seem to survive no matter how incompetent they are. The company's loyalty can be mind-boggling. And a little too much in the way of office politics if you cross one of these lifers.
