You will be called out your name and no one will make an attempt to learn it because in their oversized egotistical minds, you are worthless disposable help. Respect is an imaginary word that is rare in their corporate environment. If you do a good job and have a good work ethic you will never receive the slightest recognition or even a 'good job' however if one temp makes a mistake then you will be subjected to constant scrutiny through crude, ignorant, and often time vulgar attacks from management. Instead of utilizing the talent they received and use it to optimized productivity, management would rather spend their time ridiculing and speaking down to the temps. There is an extremely high turnover and you can be fire at any moment for any little thing. Full-time employees do not agree with the behavior but indulge it in fear of their own job security.
