Pay was good. Office space was nice.

Cons

God awful place to work. The Yurmans insist on approving everything down to the smallest decisions. They will rarely if ever be present for an approval meeting at the same time. You have to schedule an appointment with each of them independently, then are often bumped off of the schedule if they are running behind. Next to impossible to get anything moving forward. Sybil Yurman is a nutcase. David is nice enough. People drop like flies around there. Sybil Yurman had a woman fired because "he "didn't like the way she walked".

The company especially escutcheon team has an above than thousands attitude. Diffusing child like corporate culture, undermining at every level and just bad for your mental health. Completely avoid working here. Their blood diamond money is not worth it.

Cons

You will lose years off your life because the Yurman culture is cutthroat.

Everything else. - No training and structure in any of the organization. - Upper management is so overworked, under so much pressure that they are unable to manage their departments - CEO is a maniac; brings down the morale of the company and employees - believes that everyone's lives should revolve around work and only work - Absolutely no work/life balance - HR is helpless. Make sure you check all your paperwork. Most likely something will be incomplete or done incorrectly - Sky high turnover; Inconsistent communication among all departments. Everyone is so busy defending themselves but in reality, everyone is just overworked and overwhelmed
