Good Pay and Benefits. Family Owned. Beautiful Jewelry. Various reward competition. Company really try’s to make all employees feel like they are part of the team.

Cons

Local communication lacks at times. Gossip among peers. Up system sales is necessary for this style store, but is not kept up with. Usual day to day issues. Clients are at many times very very demanding and or entitled.
