Great Place to Work!

Pros

Coworkers felt like a family. A relatively small store added to this. The clientele was usually pretty nice, occasional Karen who was insufferable, however. The product was interesting, albeit overpriced. Genuinely enjoyed working there and selling the product. Loved helping couples pick engagement rings, or just helping the odd person find that something special for an important person in their life.

Cons

Very little support from corporate much of the time. Being a smaller cap store, corporate did not really care to put the same time and effort into our location as they did with the flagships, this is understandable, but holding us to standards scaled from the flagships without the support really made things challenging at times. The only other major issue I experienced there was the division of higher level clients, most of the high-spend clients tend to be assigned/ work with one brand ambassador (typically the one who has been there the longest) this set up is great for them, but make things really challenging for newer sales associates to build a book even slightly comparable to the older employees.
