      Pros

      If you are good at working independently, it could be good for you. Fantastic work/life balance. Pretty much everyone leaves before 7--usually around 6--which is a huge improvement for me over past jobs.

      Cons

      Extremely disorganized. Although they are currently growing, restructuring and bringing in many new people, so hopefully, things will get better.
