Davidson has a supportive work environment, friendly staff, intelligent, motivated students, good work/life balance, and the town of Davidson is completely idyllic.

Cons

The salary level for fellows is low, and not particularly competitive with other entry-level positions. Some departments have opportunities to move into full-time positions, others do not.
