Pros

There were no pros working at this company for me. Was hired and demoted and then fired for no reason.

Cons

Management expects you to know everything as soon as you are hired. No training no chances given.

Pros

The coworkers and staff are awesome.

Cons

Always short staffed. Pays is horrible. Expects staff to work ungodly hours for low pay. When tell them need more staff it’s not in budget but ppl can work 60+ hours. If can afford all that overtime then you can hire more people and pay better. Just keep booking events that staff can’t handle and not give the quality of service that should be given. As chef was preparing events solo for 300-500+ people and trying to keep a restaurant open.

Pros

Great people, great benefits, opportunity to grow, move, and be challenged. Professional environment and even though it's a large company, it was small enough to make you feel a part of the corporate/headquarter team/work family. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in search of a position in the hospitality industry. I was always very happy working here.

Cons

Sometimes, it felt like the company was more interested in getting the clients money above providing good service to the client. Would have preferred the company focused on providing good service and taking care of the guests which would be followed by getting even more money because people want and are willing to pay for good service.
