spirited corporate team, strong collective experience

Cons

day to day is 90% task oriented, compliance reporting which is not really reviewed. staffing is VERY low and LOW paid. Managers are covering two positions and the backup for everything. very difficult to get away from the work. PTO is a joke at two weeks.

Very very corporate focused. Management doesn’t have hospitality background. No forgiveness and consistency.
