      benefits are very good and they have profit sharing that can feed your 401 K up to and additional 5%.

      Cons

      pay is a bit lower, but they are respected in the missile, aerospace, cyber and intelligence communities

      Pros

      This is a rare employer who truly cares about their employees. Their benefits package is second to none. They make you feel like you are an important part of the company. Their staff is comprised of extremely talented and intelligent people who work smart and strive to always improve. Management listens, cares about your well-being, provides development opportunities, is very generous and charitable, and highly ethical. They have been accommodating with flexible schedules to meet family needs. Co-workers, direct supervisors/managers, upper management, compensation, benefits, work/life balance, work facilities, and job responsibilities have all been amazing.
