Pros: 401k, Health Insurance, flex time. HR Manager is great and easy to work with. Accounting seems easy to work with.
Cons
Cons: clique like atmosphere; nepotism; grunt workers are never rewarded; CEO is rude and tactless - calls people out in large meetings rather than addressing the situation like a CEO should; CEO cares nothing about the employees - however, she pretends to care to the community; CFO is two-faced and unprofessional - talks poorly about every employee; there is NO feedback that amounts to anything; evaluations mean nothing; unless you are "IN" with CFO, you are looked down upon and every effort is made to get you OUT; your loyalty means zip; changes are made without taking into account the consequences. Unless you like high school type drama, do not come to work here.
