Pros
401K match, competitive pay, fully covered employee health care. New leadership is focused on growth and continuing to improve the company. This company is top notch. Truly cares for their employees-family oriented and flexible!
Cons
Issues are sometimes swept under the rug due to an employee having been with the company a long time. Scared to upset employees, sometimes leads to not addressing problems at hand. Holding on to past ways of doing things are holding the company back from growth.
