      Pros

      Pay is good. Small company is great compared to the large ones. They care about doing quality work. Many get-together events. Leadership seems to be very transparent and wants to learn. Good values system.

      Cons

      Doesn’t seem to have a large variety of contract types. Mostly software focused. Not as much hardware.

      Patient, takes care of the team, and lets us work on our own projects however we need to. Works pretty hard to keep most of its employees

      Depending on the job, can get a bit mundane and slow.
