      Good company, yes do their best to take care of their employees, yes, they are promoting more diverse work environment. One of the best companies I have worked for but no one or companies are perfect..

      Cons

      Needs better middle and lower management. If an employee feels isolated or wrongfully managed compared to others, they don't trust leadership to report it.
