Pros

Great people. Chance to make a difference. Family business with great core values. Strong emphasis on safety. Leader in the Philly area.

Cons

No major issues. Headquarters is on the fringe of Center City but free shuttle service is provided from down town. Big growth plans which might be a challenge to meet in the future. Could use some new talent in some areas. Power services business makes up a major share of the revenue.
