Pros

I worked at DaySmart for almost a year and loved the company while I was there. The people I worked with while I was there were absolute hard working sweethearts, fantastic to work with and very technically competent. I wish them all the absolute best of luck in the future.

Cons

Unfortunately I had to leave for personal reasons, but DaySmart is definitely headed in a positive direction vs some of the older reviews here on glassdoor.

Pros

The people you work with are the most important thing about day-to-day happiness and I think that's a strength of DaySmart. There are a lot of really great people who collaborate well together. I also like the flexibility in work location and the opportunities for growth

Cons

We have a lot or products and therefore a lot of priorities, which can leave me feeling stretched
