Pros

Hard to see any now or in the foreseeable future.

Cons

*Constant layoffs because of ineffective leadership and direction. *Difficult to get any work done with constantly shifting priorities and/or technologies. *No advancement opportunities *Spending all their money on buying other companies while saying they can't afford raises.

Pays fairly standard for the area.

Cons

Aging practices and approach to software. This will stagnate and end a programmers career. Interview didn't reflect workload Intentionally deceptive about how much legacy software they had Company is barely afloat after changing hands/investors a few times Aging Time Tracking Software in a modern world

Pros

The insurance is kind of meh, but there is an open PTO policy and management really encourages you to use it.

Cons

Currently rebranding their suite of SaaS products under the DaySmart name, does remove some personality and make them seem kinda cookie cutter/assembly line. Difficult to discern personnel structure/chain of command and to plan for career growth with management, and some teams are left to more or less manage themselves.
