the guests are the only thing that is good about this place

Cons

the owner is very unprofessional and they charge the staff for things that they break and they charge staff for the uniforms and so many other things. they do not pay overtime and the change the schedule whenever it suites them at the last minute

Pros

>> It is a franchise company, so managers may very. The manager at my Hotel was very good about everything except when it came to asking for time off. >> 40% employee discount for any Wyndam hotel. (Days Inn, Super 8, Ramada, etc.)

Cons

>> It was very hard to schedule time off even when asked a month in advance. >> No benefits to my knowledge for front desk staff
