Pays well. Great Benefits. PTO Acceptance rate.

Cons

Unparallel amount of sarcasm. Team will put you down instead of train/build up. Very nepotistic. Department elitism. No position advancement. No freedom to innovate or create. Age discrimination on your skills/knowledge/talents. Leaders don't handle stress under pressure well. You're always the one to blame.
