Pros
Management is relaxed if you work hard and get the job done right. Really good people to work with and a good company culture. Advancement is very possible if you are willing to relocate and work various shifts.
Cons
Always a risk for full time employees to get moved to a different shift. Possible to be greatly underpaid compared to an employee brought in from another company.
