Pros

Very fair insurance benefit costs. Six piece annual clothing selection. Normally assigned the same daily tractor to drive and route regardless of seniority (unless you have a jerk for a terminal manager). Very flexible start times due to personal reasons. Tractor maintenance is kept very current, to include seats, steering wheels and AC!

Cons

They do not offer anniversary dates of hire, birthdays or Veteran's day off (unless they have to by law like Iowa) even if it is without pay. Similar LTL Companies offer these day's with full pay. It takes many years to obtain four weeks of paid vacation, little alone three which should only take five years to obtain. They only give you three personal days which should be at least five. In stead of issuing CC Days (off without pay) on a continuous rotation basis, they re-start EACH day at the top of the Seniority list and work their way to the bottom.
