      The culture. The family atmosphere. The generosity from the owner. The equipment. The facilities. The great management. The benefits and pay.

      Cons

      I have been here for 8 years and appreciate this company everyday. I talk with other drivers from other companies and boy am I glad to be a part of the Dayton team. I have no cons.

      Great pay, semis are kept up an maintained.

      Management doesnt want hear about problems, older terminals falling apart, NO chance of fulltime employment.
