Pros

Overall, good experience learned a lot about the LTL business. You have a lot of control so be prepared to make lots of decisions on where freight goes

Cons

You have a lot of managers who have been there for years. This is good and bad. Good because you have a lot of knowledge in the buildings but bad because people get comfortable and that equals lazy

Pros

Good pay. The dock managers were cool. And they were pretty flexible as far as hours go.

Cons

It is an open air dock it gets super cold so dress accordingly. Also they can be sticklers for calling out without a doctors excuse. (Even though they don’t have healthcare plans for part timers)
