-Set schedule, managers willing to change your schedule for school -Phenomenal pay for a college student -Great level of teamwork -Managers and supervisors communicate effectively -Build a good relationship with colleagues -Countless opportunities to move around within the building and company if you're willing to put in the work

Cons

-No benefits for part time employees -Very early mornings -Company designs all of their own programs, can be buggy and take a long time to fix
