Work outside in cold weather

No consideration for promotion no matter how long/loyal you have been with the company. They would rather hire outside people before moving people up within the company. Management needs to spread work load more evenly or eliminate the "dead weight". Favoritism is a problem, been addressed, but no results IF you come to Dayton Freight Lines and show little ambition/poor work ethic or get overwhelmed easily, your duties will decrease (handed to other employees) and you will suffer zero consequences. Prove yourself to be a dependable and a hard worker, you get more responsibilities (from the "overwhelmed" employees) and no reward.
