      good company with decent pay comparable to competitors. amazing co-workers, job security, great company events. owner truly does what he thinks is best for his workers. company provides alot of extra benefits.

      Cons

      management has slipped, physically draining, stressful at times. no real training upon entering (can feel as though your being thrown to the wolves).
