Great salary and ease of getting onboard. HR Specialist assigned to recruit was great at staying in touch and following through to keep the process smooth. She arranged telephone conference calls with three Senior decision-makers in three timezones; set-up the out-of-state interview and everything happened as she said it would. This was a very impressive hiring model.
Cons
Corporate office makes all the decisions and each Campus implements. 90% of the time, the decision was an inappropriate action for our campus making the local leadership seem impotent, and unintelligent. Poor students were recruited for science and technology programs who had 10% chance of success and then put the responsibility of the faculty to "make them successful"
