"Employer of Choice"

Pros

Managers/Supervisors are very supportive, a lot of learning and interaction across Global teams. Health and Safety has been a priority, its a safe and healthy environment. I must say our plants are clean throughout. We strictly follow COVID-19 protocol and implement new developments right away. Our people come first and we take pride in keeping everyone safe. Our compensation is above the market. We offer Medical, Dental, AD&D, Life Insurance, pension and bonus. Fast pace environment. This is my Choice of Employer.

Pros

Employees genuinely care about their peers.

Cons

Top Management is very narrow minded and (in many cases) self-centered. Turn-over within the Management Staff is high as a result which tends to cause confusion and uncertainty of company goals and objectives at other levels within the company. A more progressive & inclusive approach to leadership would benefit the Canadian facility. US Sr. Management is Excellent!
