Pros

The company allows for a flexible work schedule; produces products that are used globally to improve quality of life; cares about its employees; and is a recognized leader in its industry. I'm compensated well and given the freedom to perform my job as I see fit. The President and CEO knows everyone by name. I feel like I'm the part of something special and important, and that the company knows me and cares about me.

Cons

The office space I work in is dated; the employee cost for health insurance is higher than others in the area.
